My interest in consumer insights started early, selling chocolate bars and coupon books for class trips!
In elementary school, I sold chocolate bars and coupon books to raise money for field trips. I approached everyone from bus drivers to teachers and quickly learned what actually sold. That was my first real lesson in understanding what people want.
At Barnard College, I studied Economics and Social History to explore how individual decisions are shaped by culture and systems. Then at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, I focused on how people learn and how technology can support that growth.
Today, I bring that lens to UX research, blending qual and quant methods to help teams understand behavior.
