The Challenge
A social media company partnered with MarketCast to establish a comprehensive UX research program that tested their latest Gen AI design ideas amongst their users. This program integrated both ongoing evaluative and ad-hoc generative research across various topics to provide designers and researchers with continuous user insights.
The Solution
I independently led several 2-week iterative research studies from start to finish. This included managing stakeholder meetings, moderating in-depth interviews with Content Creators from 13–60 years old, writing 10-15 page topline reports, and presenting the insights to the client's design & research teams.

Insights from three of my research studies were directly implemented as features on the social media app we see today.
